About
Maria Laura Olmedo is an Argentine creative director, art director and stylist based in Barcelona. Trained in fashion design, she developed her own practice in painting and textile art in parallel.
In 2020 she brought that eye to fashion imagery. Since then she has created advertising campaigns, music videos and editorials across four disciplines: creative direction, art direction, set design and styling. Since 2025 she has been the in-house creative director at the production company Always Busy™.
She has worked for brands such as Nike, Zara, Maison Valentino, Autry, Oakley, Havaianas and New Era; with artists such as Jerry Di, Lil Supa and KAS:ST; and with footballers including Pedri, Rafael Leão, Lautaro Martínez and Federico Valverde. Her projects have taken her to Barcelona, Madrid, Ibiza, Mallorca, Paris, Marseille and Milan.
The meeting of fashion and fine art defines how she works. She treats every project as a complete piece, where the concept, the space and the wardrobe tell one story.
